Hey! Here goes my first post. Welcome to Rachlansfit. I’ve always wanted to get into a blog as both an outlet for my passion for health, fitness, wellness, and more, but also as a way to reflect. I love looking back on my Instagram posts, looking through my camera roll, watching my old Tik Toks, as almost a virtual diary. I expect that this is really what the blog will serve as for me.
So, a little about me; I just turned 24 (20 days ago to be exact). I kind of decided this would be a wellness year for me, but I’ll get into that later. I live in New York and absolutely love it. I’ve been here for 6 months now, but I’ve always lived an arms length away in the NJ suburbs. I have been a fitness coach for the past 2 years. I’m currently in health advertising and while I like it, it doesn’t serve me the same way coaching has. Part of the reason I began this blog is as a means to serve that passion.
So, here goes. My first attempt at a blog. I’ll be sharing my thoughts and feelings on all things, health, wellness, nutrition, fitness and more. Expect this to be content from what I eat in a day’s, to my favorite workouts, the best books I’ve read/ am reading, gratitude, my highs and lows of the week, goals, and more. Enjoy!
